Returns Policy
We will accept returns within 14 days of delivery. All returns and exchanges must be authorized by a CreateSA. Refunds can only be issued for items returned in the original, unused condition. The decal must be rolled. Do not fold the decal.
Decals that are folded or cut apart when returned will not be accepted.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Decals that are damaged during installation cannot be returned or exchanged. CreateSA may provide a replacement decal at a discounted rate under our discretion.

Pending inspection, a store credit or exchange will be processed for the item value and you will be contacted via email. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
